Can I buy a condo while I'm working abroad?
Yes. Most of the process, from consultation and computation to reservation and document submission, can be done online. I'll guide you through what needs to be signed and submitted.
Can my family view the showroom for me?
Yes. Your family can visit the showroom in the Philippines while you join by video call. I'll help coordinate the schedule.
What if my family will sign documents on my behalf?
In that case you may need a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) executed abroad. I'll tell you what the developer requires and point you to the proper process.

Where do I send my payments?
Only through the developer's official payment channels. Never send money to an agent's personal account. I'll show you the official options.
